The Sales Engineering System evolved from a process methodology developed over years of management consulting, helping companies both large and small, to increase revenue. The approach was to integrate the sales and marketing efforts of the business, which in big companies often operate independently of one another, to work together in order to generate more leads and close more sales.

By clearly defining the functions and processes of marketing and selling, we were able to ensure that the corporate ‘revenue engine’ was firing on all cylinders.
